I have been using MyDepot now for 3 months and I am very satisfied with the service. For my home and furniture Shopify Store I have tested over 20 products from the MyDepot marketplace and 4 are now permanent products in my store catalog. The in-built APP is easy to use and simple even for customer returns. The quality of the manufacturers I work with from MyDepot are excellent and the product variants for the pillow collections I sell in my store have been very successful and well-received by my customers. All of which is useless if i cannot get the products on to my store. i dont see how its been so difficult. i even hired someone on fivver to revise and professionalize my website and they were able to do everything except explain why importing these products has been an issue. i would 5ive star this if i can figure it out. if i cannot. i will change my rating to 1 because its not a usable platform, and doesn't connect to shopify like it should. also i couldn't do the final trials involving shipping times and delivery service. never mind refund management. ”
