L.A.B. Golf

L.A.B. Golf putters are used by successful PGA tour players, including 2025 US Champ, J.J. Spaun. We migrated L.A.B. Golf from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus in 60 days, creating distinct D2C/B2B sites. Added Doogma visualizer for real-time customization, automated fitting emails (40–50% conversions), and launched AI-driven recommendations. Success contributed to $200M LVMH acquisition.
