Tapcart conducted a survey with 1,155 mobile shoppers to present a picture of mobile commerce during Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) 2022, accompanied by data-backed recommendation for store owners.

As shoppers download mobile apps during the peak season, business owners can use this opportunity to boost their omnichannel marketing strategy. According to the trend report, 65 percent of respondents plan to use mobile app for shopping during the upcoming holiday season.
