Shopify surprised one and all by sharing new design options for its logo. The company asked in a tweet: “new logo options dropped. which one should we use?”
As users on Twitter started the guess work, the Canada-based e-commerce giant quickly added: “if you know, you know. if you don’t, well…” in a reply to the tweet.

It is yet to confirm if Shopify wants to change its logo or was simply playing around with a new feature to be released on the platform. No matter what, Twitter users replied with the best of their suggestions.
“I like the original,” replied one user, with an agreement from another user saying: “Yes, I agree, keep the original!”.
“Bottom right looks good,” said one user.
“None. They don’t capture the essence of Shopify. The original is better,” said another user.
Among all these who shared suggestions for the new logo, there were some who expressed skepticism on Shopify’s tweet.
“Someone’s been playing with Dal-E (SIC),” said one user, with one joining in: “Must be joking”.

“All these logos are terrible lol. Must be kidding,” opined one user.
What is Dal-E?
The Dal-E mentioned in one tweet above is actually “DALL-E”. It is a machine learning model developed by artificial intelligence company OpenAI. It is used to create digital images with the help of text description. The model, which works on GPT-3, was released in a blog post in January 2021.
