Shopify Partners Ecosystem
Shopify welcomed Marvel and Mad Engine Global to its partners ecosystem, which generated a revenue of $32 billion in 2021. It is an ecosystem of merchants, app developers, agencies, designers, freelancers and affiliate marketers associated with Shopify. The partners are offered an earning of 20 percent revenue share along with impressive e-commerce solution and product roadmap.
The program allows all partners to join for free, without any trials and offers them a 99.9 percent uptime.
“We’re excited to welcome Marvel and Mad Engine Global to the Shopify App Store, joining our ecosystem of partners who help Shopify merchants further enhance and customize their commerce offerings,” Glen Coates, VP Product, Shopify said.
“The Marvel fanbase is incredibly passionate, and giving our merchants the ability to connect with those fans by offering officially licensed, high-quality products is a win-win for independent brands and consumers,” Coates added.
Marvel And Mad Engine Global Collaboration
With manufacturing and sourcing capabilities in the United States, Mexico and other parts of the world, Mad Engine Global will manufacture and distribute the Super Hero icons products through Marvel Design Collection app. It’s not a new partnership as the two companies have been manufacturing and selling Marvel merchandise for over 20 years.
“Mad Engine Global first collaborated with Marvel more than 20 years ago, bringing to life fresh design concepts and trendy products,” Danish Gajiani, CEO, Mad Engine Global, said.
“We’re thrilled that two decades later, our relationship continues to thrive and we’re now able to work with Shopify and its merchants to help introduce the Marvel x Mad Engine Global collection to a new set of vendors,” Gajiani added.

Shopify is a Canada-based e-commerce platform that allows merchants to build online store and sell products across the internet. In Shopify Plus upgrade, the company offers merchants access to a number of exclusive resources. These resources aim to boost services provided by merchants, especially for large-scale e-commerce businesses.
One of the primary advantages of the Shopify Plus Partner Program is the enhanced customisation level provided by Shopify. While others work with pre-built templates and website structures, Shopify Partners have the much-needed skills to develop website layouts, themes and even specific applications designed according to their clients’ needs. Shopify Partner makes sure that any business has the required expertise to excel in the competitive e-commerce environment.
While Marvel is the first major entertainment company to launch an app that offers lifestyle catalog for Shopify merchants, some other creators have also used the platform in the past to sell their merchandise.
MrBeast On Shopify
One of the most celebrated creators on YouTube, MrBeast also endorses Shopify. American YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, who operates ‘MrBeast‘ YouTube channel, sells his merchandise using shopmrbeast.com, an online store powered by Shopify. His relationship with the Canadian e-commerce giant is old and getting stronger with time. MrBeast had joined Shopify when he has three million subscribers on YouTube.
“Shopify is obsessed with entrepreneurs – Jimmy is one of the world’s biggest creators and one of the most epic entrepreneurs. MrBeast has been on Shopify since he had 3M subs on YouTube – and he just hit 100M. Congrats on 100M!!!” Finkelstein had tweeted in praise of MrBeast.
Finkelstein’s post accompanied a video, in which MrBeast can be heard saying: “I have personally been using Shopify to sell merch since we had three million subscribers, which is crazy because we are on a 100 million. Now, we also use it to sell our chocolate bars and so much more”.
When MrBeast crossed 100 million subscribers on YouTube, he invited some of his fans to a private island and introduced a new range of merchandise. Also known for impressive philanthropic works, MrBeast announced a free house giveaway to one of his eight friends who participated in a competition. One had to buy his 100M merchandise to watch the full video.
Recently, he also released 200 limited edition Beast socks on his Shopify store. Surprisingly, the stock went sold out inside of three minutes. Each pair of socks was priced at $10 USD on mrbeastsocks.com. MrBeast sold 100 pair of socks each in white and black colours. He also provided customers an option to shop with Shop Pay, paying in four interest-free installments for orders over $50.00.
