Customer Experience Management Platform (CDXM) Luxlock has joined hands with Smart Token Labs to offer token-based shopping experience on Shopify. Brand Connector of Smart Token Labs will help Luxlock attract new customers to online stores based on their experiences related to digital asset holdings. The software will also help in rewarding the holders of non-fungible token (NFT).

Luxlock is working with 37 online stores based on Shopify. Talking about NFTs, the New York-based company said it is “an integral part of bringing brands and consumers to more intimate and exclusive experiences, with token-gated experiences that can increase exposure and awareness to an emerging consumer group”.

Fashion provides the largest opportunities to scale transactional and experiential utilities through web3 applications.

How it Works?

Luxlock helps brands on Shopify to integrate Web3 products. With Smart Token Labs, it aims to support personalization by curating the best shopping practices for each user, based on their experience. Luxlock promises to offer a high-impact engagement using Brand Connector.

“It’s a natural alignment for Luxlock to partner with Smart Token Labs in our continued commitment to support brands’ personalization and initiatives by curating unlockable shopping experiences for high-impact engagement,” Casey Golden, CEO of Luxlock, explained in a press release.

Rewards Journey

Victor Zhang, co-founder and CEO of Smart Token Labs, expressed his excitement to “partner with a progressive brand like Luxlock to create a token gated rewards journey via the Shopify store experience”.

“Brand Connector is designed to bridge Web3 tech into Web2 websites and platforms with a particular focus on rewards, loyalty and brand experience,” he said.

On its website, Luxlock claims to have helped 42,830 luxury products, more than 50 participating brands and over 300 commerce curators. By unlocking experiential marketing for its clients, the CDXM platform “merges digital and physical worlds”.

“Don’t be afraid to give up the good for the great. Luxlock’s high-touch shopping service technology transforms static e-commerce stores into a dynamic consumer-centric destinations,” the software states on its website.

Luxlock provides services like live clienteling, commission tracking, grouped product messaging, cart services, continuity and private sales channels. With live clienteling, you can provide live shopping services on your Shopify store. The commission tracking feature helps you track and manage net-assisted commission payments.

Grouped product messaging helps Shopify merchants to communicate well with the customers to increase sales. The cart services provided by Luxlock ensures a smooth mobile shopping experience. Continuity feature on the platform makes sure that every engagement touch-point leads to the next. “Maintain a continuous conversation with customers across all locations,” the company states.

The private sales channel of Luxlock helps luxury brands to manage pre-orders, run private discounts or coupons and sell exclusive items on the Shopify store.

First Integration

London-based African “culture and couture” store Jendaya is the first brand to integrate Brand Connector using Luxlock. Sharing his experience, Ayotunde Rufai, CEO of Jendaya, said: “Authenticating our own NFT loyalty programs, VIP customer base, and collaboration partners doubles down on the efforts of the biggest fashion players and their foray into Web3
