London-based tech company Expande announced the launch of four Shopify apps to help merchants boost revenue in their online stores. AutoFeed: Shopping Data Feeds is the first app launched by Expande, while the other three Hypester, MultiSell and ProImage will be launching soon.
AutoFeed: Shopping Data Feeds is available for $4.95/month, followed by a 14-day free trial, on the Shopify App Store. The app generates automatic content, fully compliant with the platform requirements. It helps merchants to optimise product feeds for Google, Facebook and TikTok.
Our goal is to equip businesses of all sizes with powerful apps that enhance their Shopify experience, streamline operations, and deliver tangible results.

“Easily create and manage customisable and optimised product feeds for Google, Bing & Facebook. AutoFeed lets you automate the creation of optimised product feeds for Google Shopping, Bing & Meta,” the app says in its description on the App Store.
“Manage templated product titles, add prefix and suffix keywords, define custom labels and variants. Multi language and currency. Allows you more control than the native connection. You also get an error log of any product without a Google category or a barcode/GTIN,” it adds.
Five Highlights of AutoFeed
- Visibility
AutoFeed: Shopping Data Feeds helps merchants to set custom automated rules as per the store requirements. With this, product titles can be easily optimised for expanded visibility.
- App For All
The app supports multiple languages and currency options to support online businesses from across the globe.
- Product Tagging
AutoFeed allows merchants to tag products on the basis of variants and custom labels. It helps them create a collection for the ease of buyers.
- Identification
The app also makes it easy for merchants to identify products without GTIN or barcode. For this, AutoFeed uses a built-in error reporting mechanism that works beyond category.
- Bulk Action
AutoFeed: Shopping Data Feeds helps merchants save a lot of time as bulk actions like the updation of sheets and product data with one-click access.
While the Basic plan for $4.95/month allows merchants to process up to 1000 products with two feeds, Pro and Enterprising plans ($15.95/month and $25.95/month) come with four and six feeds with limits up to 5000 and 10000 products respectively.
Man Behind Expande
E-commerce veteran Gary Reid founded Expande to design Shopify apps to revolutionise online retail. Reid could relate to the recurring challenges faced by online merchants. Expande aims to remove obstacles for e-commerce merchants and help them grow.
Reid has the vision to offer comprehensive solutions for smooth operations and driving revenue growth. He has knowledge of the e-commerce industry combined with his commitment to innovate. Reid sees Expande as the transformational tool for customers engagement and optimisation of e-commerce ventures.
“Expande was born out of a desire to help ecommerce merchants overcome the hurdles they face every day,” Reid said in a press release.
“Our goal is to equip businesses of all sizes with powerful apps that enhance their Shopify experience, streamline operations, and deliver tangible results,” he added.
Second App by Expande
Following the launch of the AutoFeed app, Expande is planning to roll out its second app Hypester. While AutoFeed can be used to generate automatic product feeds for Google, Facebook and TikTok, Hypester helps merchants to recruit, manage and incentivise influencers for promotion.
With the help of Hypester, Shopify merchants can increase brand visibility in association with dedicated ambassadors. It also helps them measure the return on investment (ROI) to avoid extra expenses. Hypester wil not only help businesses to maximize marketing strategies but also make the most of influencer marketing. Once launched, Hypester would be a must-have Shopify to increase customer engagement and measure success.
“Expande’s apps are designed to simplify complex tasks and provide practical solutions that save time, increase efficiency, and drive revenue,” Reid explained.
“We understand the challenges faced by ecommerce merchants, and our apps are specifically developed to alleviate these pain points and foster growth,” he added.

About Influencer Marketing
Influencer marketing is at its peak right now. Across the globe, brands are roping in influencers to boost sales and engagement. While Shopify is allowing brands to build their online stores to directly sell to customers, influencer marketing is helping them establish a strong relationship with their target audience.
“Marketers are faced with rising costs, ad blockers, and the end of IFDA (among other sweeping new privacy changes), and they are looking for new ways to get in front of their target audiences – influencers are the answer,” Aspire CEO Anand Kishore told Gary Drenik in a Forbes interview.
“Influencers remain the best way to reach your target audience on social media, especially as more and more users are shopping directly through the platforms. According to a recent Prosper Insights & Analytics survey on media behaviors and influence by generation, 25% of Gen-Z and 21% of Millennial respondents said social media platforms influence their buying habits for the most common consumer products like apparel, beauty, grocery, and electronics, compared to 15% of Gen-X and 8% of Boomer respondents,” he added.
Geographical Location
Reid takes pride in the fact that Expande is based in London, which is a hub of talent and opportunities for collaboration. “We are passionate about empowering businesses to thrive in the digital marketplace,” he said.
“Expande is more than a technology company; we are a partner in success, committed to providing businesses with the tools they need to achieve their ambitions,” Reid added.
Shopify also sees a lot of potential in the London e-commerce market as it recently expanded its Collabs network to the United Kingdom. The company’s own affiliate marketing tool Shopify Collabs helps merchants to connect with content creators to promote and sell locally produced products and services.
It was initially launched in Canada last year to streamline the partnership between merchants and creators. Shopify Collabs not only helps creators easily discover brands but also allows merchants to reach new consumers.
The end-to-end solution for affiliate marketing helps merchants recruit influencers and automatically pay commissions. It reduces the time and friction caused for both sellers and creators. The UK-based online stores French Connection and Three Spirit Drinks have already signed up for Shopify Collabs. Talking about partners for these e-commerce companies, Shopify says half a million creators have joined the platform in the UK.
According to Shopify President Harley Finkelstein, “hundreds of thousands of creators” are part of Shopify Collabs. “In under a year, hundreds of thousands of creators have signed up for Shopify collabs, our product that is helping power the creator economy. Today, we are making it even easier to use with the Shopify Collabs Network,” he said in a tweet.
“No more waiting for merchant approvals. Now, creators can get instant approval so they can start earning commissions immediately and we’ve added a search function to make it easier to find products you love & want to promote,” Finkelstein added.
