Conversational commerce platform Attentive has rolled out text-to-buy with Shop Pay. This will enable users to buy products directly from an SMS conversation with a brand. The US-based company has built this with Shop Pay from Shopify. It aims to change browsers into buyers with a smooth checkout flow made especially for mobile devices.

At present, mobile conversation rates are over 60 percent lesser than desktop rates. The frictionless experience for shoppers will be based on their browsing and expenditure patterns.
