ChatDesk is the perfect solution for any company looking to scale or manage its customer support service while preserving the gold standard of customer satisfaction. As such, we needed a larger customer support staff to meet the demand of nonstop tickets flowing into our Gorgias helpdesk via email, chat, SMS, and social media channels.
