We transformed Sparkle in Pink’s Shopify Plus experience by boosting site speed from 7 to 65, optimising UX flows, and developing a React Native mobile app to meet their mobile-first audience. Overall, these improvements delivered a 15% increase in conversions, 19% more orders, and a 16% rise in AOV, all launched in time for BFCM.
