Nerdy Banana: AI Custom Product Configurator for 95% Faster Lead Time

For the UK fashion brand, we built a Vue.js-based custom Shopify app and dynamic configurator enabling live personalization and automating print file creation. Manual workflows dropped from 48h to 5 minutes, file prep from 24h to 10s, and delivery shrank to 1 day. The redesign boosted conversion and scalability dramatically. The new system lets Nerdy Banana engage their customers easily.
