AR Technology Intergration to Kookmin Bank (South Korea)

We helped Kookmin Bank to integrating AR technology to enhance customer experience, reduce waiting times at service counters, and improve the quality of staff training. End-users only need to scan a QR code to access the AR web. Information will be presented through a 3D virtual character to explain to end-users in a friendly manner and optimize on-site human resources.
