Connects and works flawlessly while providing shipping options that aren't normally available directly from Shopify. Easy to setup custom shipping packages and saves us money, what's there not to like. Easy to use and highly recommended!
We specifically use the order shipping aspects of Veeqo and not the inventory management side of things. Orders are all pulled in seamlessly from channels and it makes labelling them individually or in batches a breeze. Support is brilliant to be honest (much unlike their parent company), their AI assistant is genuinely decent and it's very easy to get through to humans if needed who are knowledgeable and helpful. Updates are a bit of a mystery, we were supposed to be updated to a newer version on a specific date with features that would majorly help our workflow, only for the update to 2.0 to be delayed and no word since for months. Aside from this, great experience.
