There's a lot of edge cases and varying requirements and scenarios entailed in a pre-order campaign, and the PreProduct team seems to have anticipated pretty much all of them. The app works great and can do absolutely everything you need. When I haven't been able to figure something out, Oli always responds within the day, often within an hour or two, to ensure everything is working smoothly. We are using PreProduct for thousands of high value pre-orders - if you want a system you can trust with a similarly important campaign, I can't recommend it enough.
