It took several days to resolve my issues but they answered every questioned and kept going until my issues were resolved. I never expected that much assistance from an App. Highly recommend. However I am very upset that I wanted to downgrade my service before the next billing period to avoid additional charges and immediately took away my service... that I already paid in full for using??!
