Being able to define click triggers with a CSS selector, without touching pixel code, let us track outbound affiliate clicks that no Shopify-native tracking picks up.We ran into an issue where a custom event on a link added via a Custom Liquid block did not appear in Events Manager. Aleena escalated it to the product team, they investigated our actual store setup, and confirmed the event was firing correctly. Fast, technical, and patient throughout.
