May, 2025: I had a bad bug with this app after updating my theme version. Magic Zoom took responsibility and worked with me on the theme consistently. Their level of support is very significant to the relation of their app. Communication was quick, fixes were quick, and their effort was at its best. So I recommend this app not only for its functionality, but also the support that integrates with its functionality. With a more complicated custom set up like mine, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to get the same effects as the Magic Zoom app provides. You can see below that I've had this app since 2018. So that is 7 years. They have always answered my occasional call (1-3 times a year max). Very happy with their unbiased, unconditional, and dedicated help.2018: Great app, great initial support. This company set up my optimizations perfectly after a little back and forth with instruction via e-mail. I love the ease of zoom and magnify on this app and it works on any kind of image with the right setup from support. That alone gives it 5 stars.
