AI Summary
This Shopify app is a form builder designed to create customizable forms for various business needs, including customer inquiries, wholesale applications, and product registrations. It offers an intuitive interface for easy setup and supports features like file uploads, multi-field forms, and seamless integration with Shopify stores. The app’s strengths include reliable functionality, flexibility for diverse use cases, and notably responsive customer support, which quickly resolves technical issues and assists with customization. However, the free version has limitations, such as restricted access to form submissions and a cap on the number of forms, which may require upgrading to a paid plan. Some users note occasional display or email delivery issues, though these are typically addressed promptly. While the app excels in simplicity and support, a few users find the pricing structure for advanced features less competitive or desire additional file format support and editing flexibility.
