You can't really go wrong with Discount Kit, it has all the features you need. I've had a good experience with their support even making a video explanation for me. They also hang in the developer forums.
The app just works. Dave and Sammy helped me get things set up correctly and we used it for a 5-day POS event where we'd had problems in the past with my temp helpers forgetting to apply discounts, etc. Having it all happen automatically made the event so much easier!
