BTN ‑ AI Analytics & Reporting Shopify App

I've been using the app for a month or so now and haven't even used a lot of the features yet. As I've been getting everything set up in the app and within the backend of Shopify, the team at BTN has been so helpful and encouraging. Cyrus is incredibly friendly, explains things well, and has great leading ideas/plans to implement that will assist with everything the company I work for needs! It's clear the values they hold for their team are strong and they value connecting with their clients.The app itself has so much information in it, and for a brand who doesn't necessarily want to pay the prices of some of the larger apps yet but needs more data than what Shopify provides, this is definitely the best way to go with arguably a better, hands on experience. I'm so impressed with the features, and the team walks you through all of them to make sure you understand. While I don't have data to report yet on the success of using BTN, I have no doubt that the strategies the team has suggested and helping me implement will work wonders.

You'll be amazed at how useful this app is. Just give it a go. The baked-in AI tools will find revenue sitting under your nose whether your store is small or huge. The 'Exec Summary AI' tab is particularly useful to see your week-on-week snapshots, and the Copilot AI chat actually uses your own stores data to answer - quite literally any request - you could have. This app is wonderful, and their CFO is literally the nicest human being on planet earth. This app provides us with rich data on all our customers.It also includes features for audience creation across social media platforms and Google Ads. They recently added AI-generated summaries to your data, which give you a really great overview of what is happening in your store.Wonderful app and a wonderful team behind it.We say this is a must-have.
